Non League Football Live continues its vision to build upon the legacy it has created by offering un-rivaled media services with the return of 'The Saturday Show' this weekend.

Brett Meyer is the new presenter of our flag-ship show set to return this Saturday from 3pm. Get ready for an action packed show with live commentary of the days goals and live scores plus team line-ups and in-game match reports live on-air from our reporters at the grounds.

With live scores rolling on the Non League Vidiprinter this is the place to be on a Saturday afternoon. It's the perfect source to catch all the day's Non League action without having to be peeled to one website as our live audio will guide you through.

The listen-in, simply log onto the Non League Vidiprinter or keep the Non League Football Live homepage open, turn your computer volume up and the live broadcast will stream automatically.

After plenty of applications for the new position, it was essential we found a presenter ready to make the show a winner and after a few weeks break we are pleased to announce the return of the show with our new presenter Brett Meyer.

No stranger to presenting, Brett was the PA Announcer at Torquay United for over 15 years whilst he also ran live commentaries on Torquay United games for their official website.

Meyer, 37, also went on to provide Gemini FM radio with match reports and has had stints on a whole host of TV Shows including, Blind Date, The Weakest Link, The Other Half, Boys and Girls, Pass The Buck and Aunties Sparkling Bloomers.

Speaking to Non League Football Live, Brett said: "I am delighted to have the opportunity to present 'The Saturday Show' and hope to stamp my mark on it"

"I'm looking forward to making it my own by offering an informative and highly interactive show where listeners can text or email and be part of a unique Non League match-day experience.

"I have plans to take the show onto the next level in the coming future by taking the show from an audio to a fully visual TV/Audio show unlike ever seen before for this level of football.

"I want to help Non League Football Live the most informative and biggest Non League resource available."

To listen in to 'The Saturday Show' log on to www.nonleaguefootballlive.com from 3pm-5pm this Saturday.

It was Torquay getting relegated that inspired my love of Non League football - the way things are going we may be back down.

So youd rather be in the BSP still then? Im not sure supporting a team who played in non-league football for two years is the most solid credentials in the world to be hosting something like this. Sadly I probably wont get chance to listen as I will be working on Saturday

Supporting Torquay and doing this are 2 seperate things. My credentails are my history of working in broadcasting and as i said before as soon as Torquay got relegated i started groundhopping in non league and found mu love of non league football. I dont want to be back in the BSP but it is my favourite league. I not sure how all the above cant be seen as a good choice for presenting this show, especially before you even heard me. as i said all feedback is most welcome and i will answer any questions given...

A couple of questions for you Brett:

Will you be doing the show from a static location or will you be visiting a new ground each week?

In your featured Team of the week will you be doing a piece on the unpaid/unsung volunteers who do so much for their clubs week in week out to give them the recognition they justly deserve?

Did you give Cilla one ? Laugh

Thanks for the post. Indeed, time permitting, as well as a short report from your team in first and second half, i will be letting people talk about your club and you can choose the topic of the unpaid people. I worked at TUFC for FIFTEEN years unpaid so im one those people!

I will be broadcasting from an indoor static location each week.

No, i didnt give Cilla one lol. However, one of the other contestants?????......

I'll have a email address via here from tomorrow so people wil lbe able to mail or text too.

PLease if anyone wants to, let me asap if you want this weeks featured team as yours

Brett
